Advanced Airway Sleep Medicine

Comprehensive Sleep-Disordered Breathing Care for Adults and Children

Sleep-disordered breathing affects millions of people and, when left untreated, carries significant consequences for cardiovascular health, cognitive function, metabolic health, and overall quality of life. Our practice is dedicated exclusively to airway-focused sleep medicine — delivering expert, individualized care through advanced diagnostics, innovative therapies, and procedural intervention.

Who We Serve

We provide specialized care for both adult and pediatric patients experiencing symptoms of sleep-disordered breathing, including snoring, witnessed apneas, excessive daytime sleepiness, non-restorative sleep, and nighttime breathing difficulties. Whether you are newly diagnosed or seeking a higher level of expertise after struggling with conventional treatments, our practice offers solutions tailored to your airway anatomy and clinical needs.

Our Services

Sleep Apnea Evaluations

A thorough initial evaluation is the foundation of effective treatment. We conduct comprehensive assessments for obstructive sleep apnea (OSA), central sleep apnea (CSA), and complex sleep-disordered breathing in patients of all ages, including children. Each evaluation integrates clinical history, airway assessment, and objective sleep data to establish an accurate diagnosis and personalized treatment plan.

Sleep Study Interpretation

We provide expert interpretation of both in-laboratory polysomnography (PSG) and home sleep apnea testing (HSAT), ensuring accurate diagnosis and appropriate treatment selection.

PAP Therapy Management

Positive airway pressure (PAP) therapy remains a cornerstone treatment for sleep apnea. We offer initiation, mode selection, pressure titration, and ongoing optimization of CPAP, APAP, BiPAP, and advanced PAP modalities to maximize therapeutic efficacy and patient adherence.

Inspire™ Hypoglossal Nerve Stimulation

For patients with moderate-to-severe obstructive sleep apnea who have not achieved adequate results with PAP therapy, Inspire™ hypoglossal nerve stimulation offers a proven, implantable alternative. We provide complete evaluation for candidacy, coordination of care through the implantation process, and comprehensive long-term device management and optimization.

Remedē™ Phrenic Nerve Stimulation

The Remedē™ System is an implantable neurostimulation therapy indicated for moderate-to-severe central sleep apnea. We offer full evaluation for device candidacy, collaborative implantation coordination, and ongoing device management to ensure optimal therapeutic outcomes.

Advanced Airway Evaluation

Understanding the structural and functional characteristics of a patient's airway is essential to guiding treatment decisions. Our advanced airway evaluations provide detailed anatomical and physiologic assessment to identify contributing factors to sleep-disordered breathing and inform individualized, targeted treatment strategies.

Outpatient Airway-Optimizing Procedures

We offer a range of outpatient procedural interventions designed to improve airway patency, reduce anatomical obstruction, and enhance the effectiveness of other sleep apnea therapies. These procedures are selected and tailored based on each patient's unique airway evaluation findings.

Why Choose an Airway-Focused Approach?

Effective treatment of sleep-disordered breathing requires more than a single solution. Airway anatomy, neuromuscular function, sleep architecture, and comorbid conditions all influence treatment outcomes. Our practice integrates advanced diagnostics with the full spectrum of available therapies — from PAP optimization to cutting-edge neurostimulation and procedural intervention — ensuring that every patient receives care precisely matched to their clinical profile.

Referring Providers

We welcome referrals from primary care physicians, pulmonologists, cardiologists, otolaryngologists, oral and maxillofacial surgeons, and other specialists. Our team is committed to timely communication and collaborative, coordinated care.
